2. Cancellation Conditions

• You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for a full refund.
• If more than 2 hours have passed since placing the order, you must send an email to query@purplepencilproject.com with the subject line: “Request for Refund of <Enter Product Name>”.

3. Cancellation Process

• To cancel your order within 2 hours, contact our customer service team at query@purplepencilproject.com. We will process your cancellation request and notify you of the approval.
• For cancellations after 2 hours, follow the email process described above.

4. Refunds

• If your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
